| I
have been freelancing in the Calgary area for more than
20 years. My background is in photojournalism, and I therefore
bring a people-oriented slant to my corporate photography.
One of my greatest strengths is working with my subjects
to help them feel comfortable in front of the lens. My photographs
are graphically strong and I can quickly light any location
to produce quality pictures for any type of publication,
media or multimedia situation.
Currently
my clients include: The Calgary Exhibition and Stampede,
Scotiabank, CP Images, Bell Canada, Optimum Public Relations,
Canadian Olympic Committee, Mount Royal College, Enmax and
the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association. |

I
enjoy and have extensive experience shooting various types of
photos. As a freelancer or contractor I have worked hard to produce
the best possible images on deadline for all assignments.
I
have covered many events over the years, from sod turnings and
award presentations to the 1988 Winter Olympics (as a staff photographer
for OCO '88), the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria, the 1996
and 2000 Summer Olympics and the 1998 and 2002 Winter Olympics
(for the Canadian Olympic Committee), the 1999 PanAm Games in
Winnipeg, seven Stanley Cups and 19 years of NHL hockey for Reuters,
Canadian Press and All Over Press from Finland.
My
diverse array of clients affords me the opportunity to cover a
variety of assignments including sporting and news events, politics,
public relations and promotions, magazine features and advertising.
